Peacefully on October 15, 2017 after a long battle with cancer.  Predeceased by her parents, Helen K. & Frederick W. Hemmerly, Jr. and her brother, Bill Hemmerly. Joanne is survived by her husband, Gary L. Deibler; daughter, Christine (David) Orto, son, Mark Deibler: grandson, Evan who she absolutely adored; nephew, Zachary who was like a son to her; sisters, Katherine Hemmerly & Elizabeth (Donald) McFall; also, several nieces and nephews .
Joanne so loved her family and her special times with her grandson, Evan. She enjoyed going to the Casino, and going on day trips with her sister, Penny and family games of Skat.  Most important to her was taking care of her family and her home, she will be greatly missed.
