Obituary of William J. Revelle

Spencerport- Passed peacefully on Friday, June 23, 2023, after sharing conversation, memories, prayers, and heartfelt love with family. Bill, 76, is survived by his wife, Sally Revelle. Bill and Sally have been a couple since they met in 1984, in Albion, NY, where they lived until 2003, which is when they moved to be a part of the community in Spencerport, NY. Many friends in Orleans and Western Monroe counties remember Bill from his many years as a pharmacist, including at Fays and Eckerd in Albion, and Rite Aid in Albion and Brockport, before Bill retired in 2010.

Bill was very proud of his son from a previous marriage, Andrew Revelle, who lives in Cincinnati with his wife, Galina.

Other family members, who Bill enjoyed a loving relationship with, include Sally's three daughters from a previous marriage and their husbands. Michele and Dean DeCarlo, Hudson, OH, Tracy and Tom Norton, Matthews, NC, and Kelley and Jerry Albanese, Scotch Plains, NJ. Together, Bill and Sally shared, with joy, eight grandchildren, two who are married. Andrew and Galina have one son and one daughter, Maksim Revelle and Anya Revelle. Dean and Michele have one son, Alex DeCarlo (married to Kelsey), Tom and Tracy have two sons and three daughters, Zachari Charles (married to Anna Kate), Brenden Norton, Nicholle Norton, Emily Charles, and Bella Norton. Bill and Sally were looking forward to their first great grandchild, from Zachari and Anna Kate, who is soon to be born.

Bill and Sally are members of United Church of Christ in Spencerport. Bill enjoyed golfing and working at Salmon Creek Country Club. Bill loved Jesus. Bill loved being married to Sally. Bill loved being a pharmacist, and he enjoyed connecting with so many people over the years who would come to his pharmacy counter seeking counsel, a good laugh, or to just say hi. Bill enjoyed sharing a good drink and conversation with friends and family. And Bill was an enduring and enthusiastic fan of the Buffalo Bills.

There will be a memorial service to remember Bill's life at United Church of Christ (65 Church St, Spencerport, NY 14559) on Friday, July 28th at 11:00 a.m. Bill's family will enjoy an opportunity to connect with all who would like to join for an informal fellowship gathering, at the Church, immediately following the memorial service.
