Obituary of Bruce Becker

April 2, 2016 at age 58. Predeceased by his mother, Florence Becker. He is survived by his loving wife, Lin (Hunt) Becker; children, Kathy (Chip) Rudd, Suzie (Peter) Bird; grandchildren, Isaac Rudd & Hannah Bird; father, George Becker; mother-in-law & father-in-law, Clara & Howard Hunt; brothers, David Becker, Douglas Becker, Daniel (Nancy Foote) Becker; brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, Marc (Karen McCarthy) Hunt, Carol (Paul) Ward; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Bruce worked at Kodak as an Instrument Maker for over 30 years and most recently worked at Hover-Davis as a Machine Builder. He was a mentor with US FIRST Robotics and a member of the Churchville Lions Club. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff at the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit 7.16 and the Palliative Care Unit 4.12 at Strong Memorial Hospital. Bruce's visitation will be on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 at the funeral home, 21 S. Main St. Churchville. His funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 am at St. Vincent DePaul Church, 11 North Main St., Churchville. Interment in St. Vincent DePaul Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bruce's Memory to the Churchville Volunteer Ambulance, 24 Washington St. Churchville, NY 14428.
