Obituary of Mary Jeanne Foster

SPENCERPORT - Mary Jeanne passed away unexpectedly at the age of 87. She is predeceased by her husband, Raymond Foster; son, Raymond Foster Jr.; parents, George & Edna Ireland; sisters, Elaine (Ray) Bennett & Nan (Jim) Wolf; brother, George (Pat) Ireland; brother-in-law, Gordon Crist. She is survived by her children, Lori (Steve) Alloco, Robin (Ron) Bates, Doug (Maureen) Foster; grandchildren, Chad (Jodi) Bates, Jeff (Ginger) Alloco, Jason (Kate) Bates, Scottie (Danielle) Alloco, Todd (Sarah Gosek) Bates, Danny Foster, Shannon Foster; great-grandchildren, Cameron & Samantha Bates, Hunter & Cole Alloco, Violetta Alloco, Levi & Devin Bates, Jackson & Mackenzie Foster; sister-in-law, Eleanore Crist; several nieces, nephews & loving niece Elaine “Tweet”. Mary Jeanne enjoyed spending time with her family and watching her birds and wildlife on the farm.


Mary Jeanne’s family is requiring all guests upon entering the funeral home and church to wear face masks and use the provided hand sanitizer. Thank you.


Mary Jeanne’s family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 23 from 5-8 pm at the funeral home, 15 West Ave, 14559.  Click here to reserve visitation time with Mary Jeanne's family


Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday June 24, 10 am at St. John The Evangelist, 55 Martha St, 14559. Interment will be private. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to James P. Wilmot Cancer Center, 90 Crittenden Blvd, Rochester, NY 14642 or Spencerport Volunteer Firemen’s Exempts Association, Box 312, Spencerport, NY 14559.
