Obituary of May L. (Wilkinson) Ogden

Passed away February 6, 2022, in Rochester, NY. May was preceded in death by her husband, C. Keith Ogden; son, Steven D. Hanks; mother, Christina Wilkinson; brothers, Clayton and John Wilkinson, sisters Christina Callamari, Mary Szabo, and Grace Esposito; one great grandson, Cody A. Ray. She is survived by her daughters, Jo Ann Hanks of Erie, Pa and Christy Hanks of Rochester, NY and son, Michael (Robin) Hanks of Gainesville, Va; She also has 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson; many nieces and nephews.

She was born in Poughkeepsie, NY on Oct 16, 1932. May retired from the K Mart Corp after over 30 years in several Managerial positions.May was an avid golfer and a member at the Arrowhead golf course she also enjoyed bowling and was in leagues for many years. She was an animal lover with a special fondness of cats. May loved to travel and visit family, some of her other interests included reading, playing cards and cooking. May was loved by many and many called her "Mom" or "Hon".

Visitation will be at the funeral home, 21 South Main Street, Churchville, NY 14428 on Friday, February 11, 2022, from 4-7 pm. May's funeral service to follow at the funeral home. Private burial per the family.
