Obituary of Sharon Azzolina

September 9, 2011. Sharon is predeceased by her husband, Robert Azzolina & daughter in-law, Jennifer Azzolina. She is survived by her sons, Daniel (JoAnne) Azzolina & Douglas Azzolina; granddaughters, Olivia Azzolina & Grace Azzolina; sisters in-law, Gail (Steve) Martin & Karen Azzolina; sisters & brother, Donna Wallace, Marylou (David) McLean, Jeff (Anne) Kukura & Margaret (Michael) Magin; cousin, Julie (David) Ras. Sharon's visitation will be Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the funeral home, 15 West Ave. in Spencerport. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 AM Tuesday at St. John the Evangelist Church of Spencerport, 55 Martha St. Spencerport, NY 14559. Interment St. John the Evangelist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Gilda's Club Rochester NY, 255 Alexander St., Rochester, NY 14607 in Sharon's memory. Sharon was a Cafeteria Manager for Spencerport School District. She liked purchasing antiques and refinishing them and then reselling them. Her special family functions where the holidays. Sharon's hobbies were reading and gardening. What gave her the most enjoyment in her life was her granddaughters. The best way to describe Sharon was that she loved animals and enjoyed spending time at home. She hated thunderstorms and was strong and resilient.
