Obituary of Thelma Weller

Monday January 7, 2013 at the age of 89. Thelma Mary Penelope Adams Weller was born 10.26.1923 in East Orange, NJ. Thelma was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Alton H. Weller in 2007. She is survived by her children, Roger (Sara) Weller, Tom (Joyce) Weller, Deb (Thomas) Weller-Plucknette, 8 grand children and 7 great-grand children. Having a rich and happy childhood in Southold, Long Island, Thelma moved to NYC to attend business school. Thelma had a great and life-long love of music, the English language, cross word puzzles and Ogden Presbyterian Church. Her little great-grand children were the light of her life. She will be dearly missed by her family! The family wishes to thank her special caregivers, Janet, Linda, Shannon, Paula, Lois, Val, Marissa, Sue, Pat, Lynn and Jessica for their unending care and concern for Thelma. Family will receive friends from 7 - 8 PM Friday, at the funeral home, 15 West Avenue, Spencerport, NY 14559, where the celebration of Thelma's life and Memorial Services will follow immediately at 8:00 PM.
