Obituary of Lois Green

On Saturday June 9, 2012 at the age of 84. Lois was predeceased by her parents, Lewis and Mildred Ordway. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Donald G. Green; her daughter, Janet E. Green; her sons, Matthew N. (Holly) Green, and Thomas G. (Colleen) Green; her brother, Richard "Dick" Ordway; grandchildren, Ryan & Adam Green, Lauren & Alex Koss, Taylor Nunn and Kate Green. Lois's family will receive friends at 1:00 PM on Saturday June 23 at the funeral home, 15 West Avenue, Spencerport, NY 14559, where a Celebration of Life will begin immediately at 1:30PM. Lois was born on October 30, 1927, in Elmira, NY. She grew up with her younger brother, Richard. Lois received her Masters Degree and became an elementary teacher. Among her other work experiences she was a case worker, a secretary, and a travel agent. She was a busy lady, and she will be greatly missed by all.
