Bob was truly a very special Ham Radio Personality. I never met Bob in person, but anytime I would meet up with him on the air, it was like I was in contact with my old friend again. He was so knowledgeable in thousands of topics. You could come away from a QSO with Bob knowing that it was time well spent. Bob will be deeply missed. God bless you Bob & 73’s

When I was first licensed as a ham, Bob was very giving of his time, knowledge, technical skill etc. Plus he was great to talk to. Bob also came up with the perfect phonetics when I got my vanity call "Donut Vulture!" It fit, and from Bob you knew it wasn't being nasty. Miss you Bob, 73 Don K2DV

Bob, we will all miss you. Years and years of talking with you on 46 will be missed. You were the second ham I met and years later and hundreds of qso's later I will miss you. You are for sure in a better place not having to deal with the pain. See you again someday, 73s my friend.
