Bob died peacefully on 6/20/2014 after 10 long challenging years of illnesses that he approached with the utmost class and positive outlook on life. He was predeceased by his loving wife Barbara of 62 years who sadly passed just 6 months earlier on January, 13 2014. Our dad was a solider, literally and figuratively. He was a decorated combat Korean War veteran. Along with Barbara, he raised six children in Spencerport, NY. He had a successful career at the Rochester Gas & Electric company that spanned over 30 years.
Bob was an avid fan of section V high school wrestling (especially Spencerport). He was a dynamic, popular and respected boy scout master for troop #165 in Spencerport in the mid 1960's.
Bob was a dedicated father and he was also an accomplished and avid fisherman. Even casting his last line just 3 days before his passing. He lived his life with passion. He will be truly missed by his family and friends.
