Millspaugh, Frederick Jay. Bergen: March 10, 2016, at the age of 58. He is survived by his wife, Karen (Burlingame) Millspaugh; children, Rachael (Adam) Tabelski & Cody Millspaugh; grandchildren, Adrian Tabelski & Anna Tabelski; mother in law, Eleanor Burlingame; brothers & sisters, Lorrie & Richard Auble, Glen & Ellen Shaw, Vernon Millspaugh, Kelly & Doug Maloy, Kandi & Ken VanDuzer, Patti & Reggie Screen, Susan & Karen Millspaugh, Michele Gould, Debbie & Randy Bovee Jay's Celebration of Life Service will be held in Churchville at the William Maher Lodge located at 836 Sanford Road South from 1 pm - 5 pm on Sunday, March 13, 2016. Jay lived on his own terms, hunting, fishing, blacksmithing, and welding. He didn't let obstacles keep him from enjoying life, because he always saw the positive in an otherwise negative situation. No flowers please- Jay would be truly honored if you would instead donate to Camp Good Days and Special Times or Lollypop.
