I was so pleased to join four of my brothers to spend several days with Aunt Belle and her daughters and their families in 2017. They were so gracious sharing their homes and their time with family from the Pacific Northwest.
On one memorable afternoon, Belle held court and shared stories of her travels and adventures with her brother (our father, Walt) and their friends. She couldn't see us but in no time, she knew all our voices. R.I.P. Aunt Belle.

Selma lived a full life. Our mission at the Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired is to prepare and empower people who are blind or visually impaired to be self-sufficient and contribute to their families and communities. Selma did this in spades! Her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched. May her family and friends find comfort in fond memories of her.
