Frederick was born on March 1, 1947 in Rochester, NY. His parents were Nellie & Clifford Bloss. His brother & sisters were Clifford, Wilma, Darlene, Laverne & Tina. He grew up in Rochester, then joined the Army. He always talked about his favorite meal, shit on shingles. He got married in 1968 and had 3 children, Christina, 1969 Cassandra, 1970 and Frederick, 1971. They divorced a little while after.
Frederick met Pamela, at Case-Hoyt, where he worked for more than 35 years, and were married at St. John the Evangelist Church of Spencerport. They were married for 35 years, from 1974 - 2009. Although they didn't have children together, they raised Christina, Cassandra and Frederick as their own. Pamela passed away in 2009 from lung cancer. The 3 children gave them grandchildren, Lewis, Sammantha, Cassandra, Gracie, Alexis, Nick, and A.J., and one great-grandchild, Alina.
Frederick always had Christmas here with the children, he loved Christmas. They would have family vacations to Florida but by way of Mexico, his favorite place to go.
Frederick always worked in and around the house. He loved projects. He started working in hospice where Pamela spent her final days. He wanted to give back. He read the newspaper everyday, and watched the news every evening. His favorite team was Aquinas, he loved to watch his grandsons play. To describe Frederick is that he loved his family very much. He always teased them. He loved food. He had chips and dip all the time for his grandkids. Frederick will be greatly missed.
