Theresa Sack (Condon)

Peacefully on February 23, 2019 at age 92. Predeceased by her husband, John M. Sack.  Survived by her daughter, Carol (Tim) Quinn; granddaughters, Noelle (Johnny) Brown, Nicole Quinn; grandchildren, Christopher & Matthew Brown; sisters, Dorothy (Richard) Boettcher, Gloria Condon.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 5-7 pm at Walker Brothers Funeral Home, 15 West Avenue, Spencerport. 

Interment at Creekside Cemetery, N. Main Street Churchville on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 1:00 pm.
