Obituary of Marvin A. DeLoria

Churchville - Marvin was born on December 24^th, 1937 in Montpelier, Vermont to Virginia (Waterman) and Donald DeLoria.  He grew up in the Adirondacks.  Marvin passed away peacefully on March 19^th, 2019 with his family by his side. He is survived by his loving and caring wife Patricia (Paprocki) DeLoria, whom he was happily married to for 22 years.

He leaves behind his children - Donna (Jack) Muchler, Debbie Barkley, Chris and Mark DeLoria, Dr. Richard Jr. (Pam), Tim (Jenn) and Chris (Kristen) Ozminkowski and AnneMarie Meyer.

He was known and cherished as Grandpa or Popop to his 14 grandchildren -  Jason Barkley, Jen (Amesh) Shah, Beckie (Dan) Morgan, Lisa Jesse, Melissa Muchler, Christopher DeLoria Jr., Katie and Ryan Ozminkowski, Madie Ozminkowski, Zach and Hannah Meyer, Dylan, Devin and Ellie Moorehouse. 

He loved interactions with his six great-grandchildren - Angel and Kenzie Barkley, Joseph and Jaxson Jesse, Dominic and Derek Morgan. 

He is also survived by his five brothers - Edward, Robin, Kyle, Shane and Cris DeLoria, as well as loving nieces and nephews and a dedicated extended family.

His herd of backyard deer will miss him, his daily feedings and frequent photo ops.

Marvin was predeceased by his son Chuckie, wife Patricia (Riedman) and grandson Shawn Barkley and sister Anne DeLoria.

Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, March 25th from 9:00am to 11:00am at Walker Brothers Funeral Home, 21 S Main Street, Churchville, NY.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 noon at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 11 N Main Street, Churchville, NY. Private interment at Grove Place Cemetery.
