Obituary of Mary Elizabeth Marvin

On October 3, 2020 at age 88.  Predeceased by her husband James J. Marvin; parents, Harold J. & Anna M. Wilkin; brothers, Harold (Kay) Jefferson Wilkin, William (Mary Jo) Wilkin, Robert Thomas (Beverly) Wilkin, Francis Gerard Wilkin; sisters, Anna (Bill) Crandall, Norene (John) Ellison.

Mary is survived by her children, Nancy Reese, John (Kathie) Reese, Gregory (Kimberly) Reese; grandchildren, James (Beth) Gagner, Jillian Gagner, Jessica (Will) Burley, Kaitlyn Reese, Kevin Reese, Jacob Reese, Faith Reese, Juliet Reese, Matthew Hahn; great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Zachary, Jonathan and Abigail Gagner, Lindsey Male, Hannah Legler, Savannah Burley. She is also survived by her brother, John (Eileen) Wilkin, sisters, Rosemary (Arthur) Cosgriff and Barbara (Timothy) Howland.

Mary was a fun loving, caring woman affectionately known to many as “Mary Elizabeth”.  She loved spending time with all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She loved to cook and passed many classic recipes to family and friends that will live on for years to come.  She loved to travel and shop.  

Visitation will be held Friday, October 9th from 3-7 pm and Funeral Service, Saturday, October 10th at 9:30AM at St. John the Evangelist, 55 Martha St. Spencerport. A private burial will be held after the ceremony.
