Obituary of Herbert R. McClellan Jr.
November 19, 2020 at age 77. Predeceased by his parents, Herbert and Irene and his brother, Randall. He is survived by his wife, Carol; and his 4 children, Donald, Herb (Theresa), Patrick, Beverly (Shawn) McIlmoyle. His 5 grandchildren he was so proud of, Chelsea, Zachary (Heather), Samantha, Riley, Colby; and his great granddaughter, Nora and soon to be great granddaughter, Finley; His brothers & sister, Gregory, Priscilla (Tim) Hill, Eric M. (Mary Ellen), sister-in-law, Cindy McClellan and brother-in-law, Harold Bolton; as well as several extended family members.
He will be buried with full military honors. He served proudly in the US Marine Corp and was a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He enjoyed getting together with family and friends, working in his yard, feeding the birds and doting on his grandchildren.
Per NYS regulations everyone is required to wear a face mask and use hand sanitizer upon entering the funeral home.
Herbert’s visitation will be on Tuesday November 24, 2020 from 4-7 pm at the funeral home, 15 West Avenue, Spencerport. Interment Private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Herbert’s Memory.
