I had the pleasure of knowing Fran and many members of the Teahan family. Everytime I saw Fran she always had a smile and was always joyful. The last time I had seen Fran was in the Tamarack Cafe at Fourth Lake in the Adirondacks while vacationing. When someone you love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure. My deepest condolences to the Teahan family.
