Obituary of John Laurence Langdon

John went home to be with our Lord, Sunday, September 12, 2021, at age of 86 after a brief illness.

Survived by his wife, Carolyn Hunt Langdon of 64 years; children, Scott (Janice) Langdon, Chris (Thomas) Lauffer, Jamie (Patti) Langdon, Richard Langdon, Judy McCoy and Kenny Buck; grandchildren, Michael Langdon & Madison Lancon, Johnathon (Karisa) Langdon, Steven Lauffer & Madison Haff, Tyler (Rebeka) Lauffer, Courtney Lauffer & Shane Shafer; great grandchildren, Carolyn Ellen Joy & Scarlett Linda May Lauffer; many cousins, nieces and nephews as well as friends at Chili and Gates Senior Centers and his golfing buddies.

No prior calling. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, September 19, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Avon Wesleyan Church, 300 Genesee Street, Avon. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Avon Wesleyan Church at the address above in John’s memory.
