Richard Leon McNeely

Churchville. Friday, June 17, 2022, at age 85. Predeceased by his parents, William and Alice McNeely (Connelly); siblings, Patricia Marshall, Thomas McNeely, and Joan Crossley. Survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Kathryn McNeely (Grimshaw); children, Victoria (Michael) Rowland and Patrick (Heidi) McNeely; grandchildren, Katrina (Kevin) Mahoney, Timothy Rowland, Ethan Wrightman, and Sydney McNeely; loved by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Richard was a retiree of both the Gannett Newspapers and Town of Riga Highway Superintendent. 

Richard’s visitation will be on Friday, June 24, 2022, at 10 am at St. Martin de Porres Parish at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 11 N. Main St. Churchville. His funeral mass will follow at 11 am at the church. Private interment at St. Vincent de Paul cemetery. A luncheon following his burial will be at the Cobblestone Building, 22 West Buffalo St. Churchville. 

Donations can be made to the Churchville Lions Club, Churchville Fire Department, or St. Martin de Porres Parish at St. Vincent de Paul church.
