Mary was born in Rochester NY in 1943. A tiny but fierce baby! She grew up on the family farm in Spencerport, with her parents, 5 brothers, and sister. She graduated from Spencerport High School in 1960 and after a brief stint at the convent, she married the love of her life, Fred, in September 1963. Mary had 5 fantastic kids, 2 of which were waiting for her in heaven. She also had 5 beautiful grandchildren and 2 great-grandbabies she adored. She and Fred raised their family next door to the family farm, and she lived there, on the same street, her whole life! Her love and roots in her family ran deep! Mary loved to volunteer her time to so many charitable service organizations, so many, it's hard to list! She felt it was so important to give back. Mary lived her life as a positive force for her family and friends. She always knew what we needed. She loved to be the life of the party and always had a warm welcome smile and hug when you visited. She loved to bake and always had a mini loaf of bread at the ready to give out! She had a zest for life that made many of us envious! Mary's deep faith and devotion in God and the Blessed Mother has carried her thru the highs and lows of this life on Earth and it carried her through her final journey home to God, Fred, and her kids. It must have been quite a reunion in Heaven! Mary will be deeply deeply missed by her family, friends and so many more. She wouldn't want us to be sad, she'd want us to be happy because she lived a wonderful long life, full of love, family friends, and faith.
