Obituary of Glenn Harris

Harris, Glenn A. Alden: Passed away peacefully at home on April 29, 2016 at age 75. Predeceased by his parents Carlton E. Harris & Noreen M. Harris; twin brother Earl C. Harris. Glenn is survived by his wife of 51 years, Shirley; son, Paul (Patty) Harris; two granddaughters, Olivia N. Harris and Madison T. Harris; brother, Brian (Sandra) Harris; sister, Carol Harris; sister-in-law, Laurie Harris; nieces and nephews. Glenn worked for Rochester Telephone Company for 38 years and was a member of Telephone Pioneers. He had many passions some of which were, being a Scoutmaster, a member of various bluegrass bands, along with his church worship band, and singing in church choir. In addition to serving as a Deacon, Church Elder and Trustee, Glenn also served his country in the United States Air Force. To light a candle of remembrance please visit www.alifecelebrated. com. No prior visitation, a Memorial Service will be celebrated on Saturday at 1pm, at the Bergen Evangelical Church, 38 South Lake Avenue, Bergen NY 14416. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Alzheimer's Association, 435 East Henrietta Road Rochester, NY 14620. Interment at the convenience of the family.
