Quayle, Phyllis A. (Blodgett) N. Chili: May 25, 2016 at age 79. Predeceased by her husband, Richard and son, Timothy. She is survived by her children, Ricky (Laura), Rod (Lori); daughter-in-law, Nancy; grandchildren, David (Jennifer), Nicole (Brandon), Samantha, Michael, Jamie; great grandchildren, Kyilee, Kasen, Mason; brothers, John & Richard; brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, Marlene, Robert (Jane), James (Terry). Phyllis' visitation will be on Tuesday from 3-7 pm at the funeral home, 21 S. Main St. Churchville, NY. Her funeral service will be on Wednesday at 10 am at the funeral home. Interment in Riga Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Memorial Processing Center, 6725 Lyons St. PO Box 7, East Syracuse, NY 13057 in Phyllis' memory.
