Rochester: Peacefully on October 4, 2017 at age 80. Predeceased by her husband, Kenneth J. Forquell. Survived by her children, Daniel (Sue) Forquell, Mary Forquell; grandchildren, Erin, Courtney, Kenny; great grandchildren, Cole, Ava, Ethan, Charlie, Morgan.
