Rochester, Passed peacefully on April 19, 2018 at age 74 with family by her side.  She is predeceased by her parents, Amy & Anthony Giacopelli.  Survived by her husband of 57 years Richard Hoffman; children,

Denise (Buddy) Hoffman, Marialena (Larry) Batz, Suzanne (John) Evans, Danielle (Kenn S.) Jo’s funeral service will be held Saturday, April 21 at 1:00 pm at St. Vincent DePaul Church, 11 N. Main St. Churchville. Interment in St. Vincent Cemetery.
